How Will We Pack & Ship Your Cigars?
At Cent’Anni Cigars LLC, we are committed to providing the best possible service when it comes to storing, packing, and shipping your cigars. All of our cigars, whether purchased as singles, in packs, or boxes, are stored in a climate-controlled humidor. From the moment they arrive at our facility until they are handed off for shipment, your cigars remain in optimal conditions.
We take great care in packing each order. To ensure the cigars remain in the best possible condition, we use a combination of packing materials such as paper, peanuts, bubble wrap, or other appropriate cushioning as needed. Additionally, all single cigars, 5-packs, and sampler packs are sealed in plastic bags to help maintain proper humidity during shipping.
Shipping Services
We aim to get your cigars to you4 as quickly as possible. Here’s how our shipping process works:
- Domestic Shipping:
We offer flat rate USPS Priority shipping for $9.95 to all addresses within the United States.- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.
- We do not currently offer overnight or express shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

- International Shipping:
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. However, please note the following:- We comply with all U.S. duties, taxes, and regulations, but we are not responsible for local laws, taxes, or import regulations in the destination country. Please familiarize yourself with the tobacco import laws in your country before placing an order.
- Shipping times can vary widely. For example, shipping via USPS First-Class Mail may take anywhere from 2–6 weeks, depending on the destination, and can sometimes take longer. Tracking for First-Class Mail may not provide full tracking updates and will typically show only proof of shipment and delivery.
- Customs clearance in the destination country may take anywhere from several days to weeks.
- We declare all international shipments with their true contents and value.
- Lost, damaged, or seized packages: Once the package has left the U.S., it is considered the customer’s responsibility. In the event that a package is lost, damaged, or seized by customs, we are not liable for any loss.
Important:
- By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
- If a package is returned for any reason, we will not refund the original shipping charges. A 40% restocking fee will apply.
