Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure that every order is inspected and packed with care. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly replace it. Here’s how our return process works:

  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please email nicholas@centannicigars.com with the reason for the return. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Returned items must be unopened and in original condition. Any returns without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will experience delays.
    • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.
  • Restocking Fees:
    • If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to and from your address. A 20% restocking fee will also be applied to refused orders.
    • Custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
    • We will cover the return postage for damaged or incorrect items.

International Returns:

  • For international shipments, all returned packages are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges for returned international items are non-refundable.
